JESSICA HANS is a Managing Director of Private Markets at Silver Creek. Ms. Hans’ responsibilities include overseeing several investments across the firm’s products, primarily in private credit and real assets. She is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Ms. Hans joined Silver Creek after spending eight years with the University of California’s investment office, which manages the endowments and retirement assets of the University of California system. At UC Investments, Ms. Hans was responsible for managing several investment portfolios spanning alternative asset classes, including private equity, real assets, and, most recently, real estate. In this role, Ms. Hans deployed capital into funds, co-investments, and direct investments. Prior to UC Investments, Ms. Hans spent three years in mergers and acquisitions at Blackstone and four years on a structured credit proprietary trading desk at Credit Suisse. She began her career as a management consultant at Bain & Company. Ms. Hans holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a B.A. from Pomona College. She is a CFA® charterholder.
